Hey, my name is Justin. I’m looking for estimator support on a time-sensitive quantity takeoff project. These are mostly ground-up residential projects with a few commercial jobs mixed in. Work can start immediately, basically same day we agree to milestone pricing. Each project is labeled with a four-digit ID. Typical plan sets are about 10–15 sheets, and most homes are in the 2,000–3,000 SF range. Every project is all scopes, all trades included. These are material quantity takeoffs only. No pricing. No labor. Speed matters. I need one project done per day minimum. If you can work faster than that, great. Please quote a lump-sum price per project, not hourly, based on the requested deliverables and speed. Each project has 3 deliverables: 1- Takeoff Drawing: an all-scopes colored quantity takeoff drawing with clearly labeled legends. No untitled lines/areas/counts. I need as part of this deliverable a by-room area takeoff and a wall length takeoff (separate by wall type). 2- Takeoff CSV Export: a direct CSV export from your takeoff software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST, etc.) that includes these columns: page label, item label, quantity, and unit of measure. This should be the first tab in each project’s google sheet. 3- Material List: a detailed purchasable material list based on your takeoff. This must be broken out into real, buyable products with dimensions — including rough materials, finish materials, and consumables. Provide neatline quantities (no added 10% waste factor). This should be the second tab in each project’s google sheet. I’ve provided an acceptable example of deliverables 1, 2, 3 at this link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1p_dqAt0dg-td5sN2vMB-EaCLEiUfzrzB?usp=sharing Here’s a video walkthrough going into more detail on the deliverable examples: https://www.loom.com/share/e38faa8c9345448c9c9301a040ad3555 Detail matters. I should be able to match up your material list to your takeoff export. The material list items should have enough details that I could look up a matching product in a suppliers’ catalog. I’ll send back deliverables for revisions. We’ll start with 2-3 projects and continue from there. Thanks. Justin
