  • We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that power business insights and analytics for global clients. In this role, you will work closely with Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure efficient, reliable, and well-documented data flows from source systems to cloud-based data warehouses. You will contribute to modernizing legacy ETL processes using AWS Glue, Redshift, and S3, enabling self-service data access and eliminating manual interventions. The ideal candidate is independent, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving complex data problems in a collaborative, fully remote environment.   • Accountabilities
  • Develop, automate, and maintain ETL workflows using AWS Glue (Python/PySpark) to ingest, transform, and load data into Redshift and S3.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy, performance, and SLA compliance.
  • Collaborate on data modeling and design analytics-ready datasets using dimensional modeling and star schemas.
  • Document data flows, lineage, and system specifications to ensure governance and clarity.
  • Support BI teams by resolving data discrepancies and improving pipeline efficiency.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of ETL development standards.
  • Provide production support and assist with troubleshooting and resolving operational data issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience as an ETL Developer with hands-on AWS experience (Glue, Redshift, S3).
  • Strong SQL and Python skills (PySpark preferred).
  • Experience building batch ETL pipelines and working with data warehousing concepts (ODS, dimensional modeling, slowly changing dimensions).
  • Ability to troubleshoot pipeline failures and optimize performance and cost.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Clear communication skills to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
