Hiring: Exceptional Web Designer for Dual-Site Merge/Enhancement (Aerial Fitness + Performance Brand) We are Grounded Aerial, a boutique, movement-based company offering aerial fitness, bungee, dance, and performance across three studio locations. We currently have two websites—groundedaerial.com (20+ years of SEO history) and groundedaerialstudio.com(newer, studio-focused)—and are seeking an outstanding web designer to either merge them strategically or elevate both into a clean, unified digital experience. What We Need A creative, reliable web designer with: Expert-level WordPress skills (custom themes, modern UX/UI) Experience designing for fitness, movement, dance, circus, or performing arts brands Strong understanding of Momence integration (or similar booking platforms) Ability to create a site that is easy for us to update (announcements, schedules, events) Skill organizing multi-location studios with clear navigation, calendars, class schedules, and intuitive calls to action Proven track record of beautiful, functional, fast websites with high user satisfaction SEO awareness, especially regarding preserving long-standing domain authority Mobile-first design mindset—many clients book classes on phones Aesthetic that matches “sleek boutique fitness meets fun aerial adventure” Bonus Skills (Huge Plus) Branding refinement (colors, typography, identity) Experience designing conversion-focused funnels for classes, events, and performances Ability to incorporate micro-animations or movement-inspired visuals Familiarity with membership, pass, or class-series structures Ability to set up analytics tools (GA4, HotJar, dashboards) Experience with multi-site SEO, domain consolidation, or relaunch strategy About the Project Streamline/merge two current sites Create a stunning, intuitive, modern experience for classes, events, and performances Showcase 20+ years of Grounded Aerial’s creative work while highlighting our three different studios Build strong CTAs for trials, series, parties, and recurring programs Ensure the site feels highly professional AND incredibly fun What We Care About Strong communication Collaborative energy Ability to match and elevate our vibrant brand voice Clean, efficient backend setup so we can easily maintain the site over time
