- Your Role
- You’ll serve as the operational backbone and trusted assistant to C-level executives, ensuring their time, tasks, and communication flow smoothly. This role blends executive support, project coordination, and personal assistance — ideal for someone who thrives on variety and precision.
You’ll
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day priorities
- Send thoughtful gifts for birthdays, holidays, and milestones
- Conduct product, vendor, and travel research
- Prepare and redesign presentations and documents
- Coordinate travel, lodging, and dining reservations
- Track goals and serve as an accountability partner
- Support ongoing projects that keep the team focused and efficient
You Bring

- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Proactive, resourceful problem-solving mindset
- Warm, service-oriented personality and discretion
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with productivity tools and systems
- Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps+) and a quiet home workspace
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM PST
