- Your Role
- As the Executive Assistant (Strategic Operations), you’ll be the operational heartbeat behind the CEO—balancing precision execution with strategic initiative. You’ll manage calendars, streamline communications, lead internal projects, and enhance company-wide efficiency through systems and process excellence.
You’ll
- Own complex calendar, travel, and email management for the CEO
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for key communications
- Prepare materials, briefs, and follow-ups for meetings
- Lead operational improvement projects across departments
- Drive the mutual intro process and ensure strategic business connections
- Maintain and evolve the Mutual Intro Playbook and templates
- Manage Asana and internal tools for smoother collaboration
- Identify and implement process and workflow optimizations
You Bring
- 3–5+ years supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments
- Proven project or operations management experience
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and strong follow-through
- Comfort with tools like Asana, Notion, or similar platforms
- High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
Bonus Points
- Experience in a marketing, SEO, or agency environment
- Familiarity with AI tools or workflow automation
- Background in business development or client-facing coordination
