We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner directly with Vammo’s founders as we build Latin America’s largest electric motorcycle and battery-swapping network. This is not a traditional admin role — it’s a front-row seat inside one of the most ambitious climate-tech companies in the region. You’ll act as an extension of the founders, managing priorities, communications, scheduling, investor and board coordination, and special projects across operations, partnerships, and fundraising. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, discreet, and thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll balance detail-oriented execution with big-picture judgment, helping the founders stay focused on what matters most as we scale our mission to decarbonize urban mobility across Brazil and beyond. You are fluent in Portuguese and English with Spanish a plus. This is a full-time position in São Paulo, in office.
