Objetivo: O objetivo principal do Executivo de vendas e gerenciar sua carteira de clientes, observando e atuando em KPIs de forma a propor o crescimento comercial com foco no Sell Out por SKU / categoria da Kraft Heinz, traduzindo suas ações no ganho de Market Share. Atento a planos estruturais de médio e longo prazo e executando os planos de curto prazo de forma a entregar os objetivos do mês. Observar as oportunidades do mercado, desenvolvendo estratégias de vendas e relacionamento com os clientes, de forma a estabelecer vínculos duradouros entre os clientes, consumidores e seus pares. Atividades: Garantir a execução dos planos estruturais / pontuais da CIA em seus clientes. Gestão comercial de grandes contas Boa comunicação e habilidades analíticas. Acompanhar o fluxo de venda desde a negociação até o sell out. Ter total conhecimento dos clientes e a vias internas e externas que são importantes para o crescimento sustentável comercial. Ser referência no atendimento comercial, levando soluções práticas e aplicáveis no dia a dia junto aos clientes. Criar relacionamento em toda a cadeia dos clientes (comercial, marketing, financeiro, operacional) de forma a potencializar os negócios. Cuidar e preservar os ritos e processos da CIA, garantindo que as informações sejam repassadas de forma clara e objetiva aos clientes, pares e gestores. Obter de forma prática, rápida e usual o conhecimento das ferramentas disponibilizadas pela CIA para a melhor performance na execução da função. Requisitos: Ensino Superior Completo (pós-graduação e/ou MBA desejável) Habilidade de relacionamento e comunicação Conhecimento Intermediário Pacote Office (Excel, Word e PPT) Conhecimento da ferramenta Scanntech Conhecimento Básico sobre Sales Force e ferramentas de pedidos / acompanhamento.
