Experienced Cold Caller for Commercial Real Estate Outbound Sourcing (Full-Time) Budget: Up to $2,800 per month (base) Bonus: Performance incentives available Commitment: Full-time, long-term Location: Remote We are a US-based real estate private equity firm seeking a highly experienced cold caller to help expand our outbound sourcing efforts across multiple commercial real estate strategies. This is not a call-center style position. We are looking for someone with real sales instincts, strong communication skills, and the ability to represent our firm professionally on the phone. About the Role You will be responsible for high-volume outbound calling to commercial property owners, investors, and operators. Your goal is to identify motivated sellers or owners open to discussing a sale or creative transaction structure. You will log all calls into our CRM, record notes, tag leads, and schedule follow-ups. This is a core revenue-generating position for our firm. If you perform well, we will invest in your long-term growth with us. Requirements Must-Have: Proven cold calling / outbound sales experience (real estate experience strongly preferred) Clear, neutral-sounding English accent suitable for speaking with US-based owners Comfortable making 80 to 150 outbound calls per day Experience working within a CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) Strong note-taking, organization, and lead tracking Ability to follow scripts and think on your feet Professional, confident, and personable phone presence Stable internet connection and quiet working environment Nice-to-Have: Experience sourcing real estate deals Experience cold calling property owners, contractors, business owners, or similar Understanding of commercial real estate terms (helpful but not required) Compensation: Base pay: Up to $2,800 per month depending on experience Performance bonuses: Paid for qualified leads, conversion milestones, and closed deals Opportunity for long-term growth and increased compensation Who You Are: You enjoy talking to people and are confident on the phone You know how to build rapport quickly You know the difference between “calling through a list” and actually selling You take ownership, track your numbers, and enjoy improving your craft You want a long-term role with predictable work and stable income How to Apply Please submit: A short audio recording introducing yourself (30–60 seconds) A summary of your cold calling experience The CRMs you have worked with Your typical daily call volume Why you believe you are a strong fit for our team We will reach out to qualified candidates for a paid trial.
