About Us Vizocare is a U.S.-based company specializing in health and safety products — including nitrile gloves, PPE, air purifiers, and other related supplies. We serve B2B customers across the U.S. and UK through our Shopify eCommerce store, HubSpot CRM, and targeted marketing campaigns. We are expanding our inside sales team and are seeking a driven and organized sales professional who can take qualified hot leads and MQLs and convert them into closed deals. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound leads and MQLs from marketing campaigns. Qualify prospects, follow up, and convert them into paying customers. Maintain an organized sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM, updating deals and tracking progress. Communicate professionally with U.S. business clients via email, phone, and video. Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure a smooth sales process. Prepare short daily/weekly updates on sales activity and conversion results. Requirements 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience, preferably in PPE, health products, or consumables. Proven ability to close sales through inbound or warm leads. Solid experience using HubSpot CRM (Deals, Sequences, Pipelines, Workflows). Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Comfortable working with digital tools — including Shopify, email automation, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT). Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven. Must be available to work U.S. hours (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST or EST). Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies is a strong plus.
