We are a nationwide network of 36 dental offices specializing in dentures and implants. We’re seeking an experienced digital advertising professional for an ongoing role managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), with strong expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4). Responsibilities: Manage multi-location paid campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta. Build and maintain accurate conversion tracking using GTM and GA4. Audit account structures, apply negative keywords, and improve efficiency. Test and optimize bidding strategies (Max Conversions, Max Conversion Value, etc.). Provide clear performance reporting with actionable insights. Collaborate with our in-house team to align campaigns with business goals. Requirements: Proven success with multi-location or healthcare/local service campaigns. Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, GTM, GA4, and Meta Ads. Strong troubleshooting skills for tracking and attribution. Excellent communication and availability for ongoing collaboration. This is not a one-time project — we want a long-term partner who can act as an extension of our marketing team and help us generate more qualified patients across all 36 offices.
