We’re hiring two experienced SDRs for a monthly 2-week outbound sprint targeting senior decision makers in enterprise organisations. You’ll be speaking with C-suite, InfoSec, Governance, Risk and Ops leaders about secure communications and incident-response workflows. This is not a junior appointment-setting role — it requires confident, high-level conversations and the ability to think strategically, not follow scripts. Your primary objective is to book qualified meetings, but your success is measured equally by the quality of insights you capture. If a prospect doesn’t book, you must uncover why not — internal blockers, competing tools like Signal or WhatsApp, governance constraints, lack of appetite for change, or unclear ownership of communication tools. Understanding decision chains and capturing accurate reasoning is critical. You’ll run daily outreach via HubSpot: 50–80 quality calls, follow-up emails, LinkedIn touchpoints and clear CRM notes. Calls are recorded for accuracy. You’ll work from targeted 300–500 contact lists and must be comfortable navigating layered objections and technical discussions at a senior level.
