About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Media Buyer with proven experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. This is not a beginner role — we need someone who can step in, take ownership, and drive performance. Requirements Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Strong understanding of targeting, optimization, and conversion tracking Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and improve campaigns consistently Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) Available to work US business hours (EST/CST/PST) Agency experience preferred Compensation We pay a flat monthly rate per customer managed (performance-based stability). Long-term ongoing role for the right fit.
