Meta Ads media buyer and creative specialist for long term client accounts About Ezzey Ezzey is a mature, fast growing digital marketing agency with executive offices in Arizona and on the east coast of Florida. The team operates fully remote. Only the principals attend in person meetings when required for client presentations. We use Zoom and Google Meet for all client facing and internal meetings and we are looking to add a strong second Meta Ads team member focused on building winning creative that converts. Role overview We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads media buyer who is very strong in English and comfortable working US based hours. This is a contractor role with a clear path to more responsibility, a long term position, and potential partnership for the right person. You will work alongside an existing senior buyer and will focus on creating, launching, and optimizing engaging and converting ads for long term clients across several core niches. Niches and client types You will support ongoing Meta Ads work for established, long term customers in the following areas: * Ecommerce brands * Womens health and wellness, including supplements * Womens medical practices and services * Hospice care and related services * Energy saving technology products that are not solar Traffic will be directed from Facebook and Instagram to a mix of ecommerce product pages, funnels, booking pages, and lead generation assets. Scope of work and responsibilities **Core focus** Your primary responsibility is to create and manage ad campaigns inside Meta Ads that consistently produce strong results for our long term clients. You will be expected to take initiative on creative concepts, testing structures, and performance improvements while collaborating closely with our existing buyer and leadership. **Key responsibilities** * Review current account performance, creative, and targeting and provide a clear perspective on opportunities * Develop ad concepts, angles, hooks, and messaging that speak to each niche and ideal customer * Write ad copy for Facebook and Instagram and collaborate on image and video concepts * Build and manage campaigns and ad sets in Meta Ads Manager following our structure and naming practices * Run structured tests on creatives, audiences, and offers and maintain a clear testing roadmap * Monitor performance and adjust budgets, bids, and structures based on data * Work with our team on funnel and landing page feedback when performance is limited by the destination * Ensure all ads and messaging comply with Meta policies, especially in sensitive categories such as womens health, womens medical, hospice care, and energy saving products Deliverables For each assigned account you will be responsible for: * An initial review and short written summary of what is working, what is not, and what you plan to test * A set number of new ad concepts and variations each week based on the account needs * Campaigns and ad sets built correctly inside Meta Ads Manager with clean structure and tracking * A simple weekly performance summary that covers: * Key metrics and trends * What was tested and the outcome * What you plan to test next What success looks like During the initial contract period, success will be measured by: * Improved performance on key account metrics such as return on ad spend, cost per result, and quality of leads or customers * Consistent delivery of fresh, on brand creative that performs in line with or better than current winning ads * Clear communication and proactive suggestions instead of waiting for direction * Ability to work as a true second team member, supporting and challenging the existing buyer in a positive way Required skills and experience * Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory * Proven experience running Meta Ads for Facebook and Instagram at meaningful spend levels * Demonstrated success with ecommerce and at least one of the following: * Womens health and wellness * Medical or clinical services * Lead generation for care based services such as hospice * Technology or home related products * Strong creative thinking and copywriting skills for direct response style ads * Ability to work with performance data and make clear, confident decisions based on the numbers * Comfortable working fully remote, on camera when needed, and collaborating through Zoom, Google Meet, and shared workspaces How we work * You work US based hours with reliable overlap with our Arizona and Florida principals * Communication is direct, respectful, and focused on solutions * We care about ownership of results and a test and learn mindset rather than blame * We expect you to document tests, share insights, and treat client accounts as if they were your own business Contract structure and growth path * This is a contractor position at the start * Strong performance in the first 60 to 90 days can lead to: * A larger and more permanent portfolio of client accounts * A defined ongoing role inside Ezzey as a key Meta Ads team member * For the right person, long term alignment that can include partnership discussions with the principals
