You’ve been hired to “run ads” before - and left to figure out everything on your own. No clear system. No feedback. No respect for your ideas. And when results dip? It’s your fault, even though you had zero control. I’ve been there. I run a Meta ads agency (SMMA) helping car dealerships in Canada and the U.S. sell more cars. We have a proven system that works - and we're looking for someone who can lead the strategy, own the execution, and take pride in driving results. You’ll work with the General Manager and Founder of Auto-Up directly (IG @ themattbigelow) - to manage client ad accounts, onboarding, guide creative, coordinate tracking, and keep our dealership clients consistently winning. THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF: - You have at least 2 years of experience running lead gen Meta ads for local businesses and know how to hit a target CPL - You understand what makes short-form video content work (hooks, angles, formats, scriptwriting) - You’re not just a media buyer - you think strategically and take initiative - You have experience with tracking setup (pixels, CAPI, offline conversions, catalogs) - we have partners you’ll coordinate with on this - You enjoy working with both creative teams and tech partners - You want a role where you can grow, be trusted, and be proud of the numbers you deliver If that’s you - keep reading. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Type of campaigns you’ll be running: 1. Lead Generation (Your Main Focus) Messenger / Instant Forms: You’ll manage, test, and scale these to generate high-quality leads that close. Including creative direction. 2. Inventory Ads (AIA) Catalog-based dynamic ads tied to in-stock vehicles - You’ll oversee setup, feed quality, and campaign maintenance. 3. Brand Awareness Brand-building video ads. - Our social media manager handles creative for this - you help structure and run them. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Launch, manage, and optimize Meta Lead Gen campaigns - Track and report key metrics (CPL, lead volume, offline sales) - Write hooks and video briefs for dealerships and editors - Coordinate with editors + dealership staff to get the right content - Test new creative based on data Own setup of: - Meta Pixel + Conversions API - Offline conversion events - Catalog feeds - AI Messenger bot - CRM integration / lead notifications - Collaborate with dealership tech partners to make sure it all works ^ - Send WhatsApp updates + weekly performance summaries - Use our SOPs + trainings, but take initiative and solve problems independently TOOLS/PLATFORMS: - Meta - HighLevel (GHL) - CloseBot - WhatsApp - Loom YOUR KPIs: - Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Car Sold - Lead Quality (measured through offline conversions) - Consistency of lead volume - Creative performance - Speed of testing + problem-solving - Clear, proactive communication WHAT YOU GET - Full-time, long-term role (remote) $720 - $1,850/month - Flexible working hours - Performance bonus to be introduced - Clear SOPs - Full trust to run your zone and grow with the company - Direct communication with Founder & General Manager - fast answers, no bottlenecks HERE'S THE PLAN: 1.
