ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a highly skilled Facebook/Meta Media Buyer to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. This is a high-impact role with significant ad spend responsibility, requiring an individual who is extremely detail-oriented, disciplined, and results-driven. The ideal candidate will work closely with our creative team to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns, ensuring that performance goals are met. They will manage daily execution within Facebook Ads Manager, systematically handling bids, budgets, targeting, and performance reporting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create, launch, and manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns in alignment with our marketing strategy. Ensure proper setup of campaigns, ad sets, and ads with accurate targeting, budgets, and schedules. Follow established rules, SOPs, and checklists for campaign execution and optimization. Monitor campaigns daily, tracking KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and spend pacing. Optimize campaigns by reallocating budgets, adjusting bids/audiences, and pausing underperformers. Implement and evaluate A/B tests on creatives and audience segments. Perform error-checking to ensure accuracy in campaign setup and prevent costly mistakes. Stay updated on Meta Ads Manager updates, features, and policies. Provide clear, regular reports on performance and proactively flag anomalies or issues. Collaborate with the creative/copy team to implement new assets and maintain a testing pipeline. KEY QUALIFICATIONS Experience: Proven track record in managing Facebook Ads for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands, including handling significant budgets. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Business Manager/Meta Ads Manager, pixels, custom conversions, retargeting, and lookalike audiences. Detail-Oriented: Strong adherence to checklists and processes, with excellent error-prevention skills. Analytical: Ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Communication: Clear English communication for performance reporting and team collaboration. Proactive & Independent: Ability to follow SOPs while also identifying risks, issues, and potential optimizations. Adaptability: Quick to adjust to platform changes and eager to learn new tools, methods, and best practices. HIRING DETAILS Engagement: Full-time (following a short trial period). Salary Range: USD $800 – $2,000+ per month, depending on experience and proven results. Ideal Start Date: ASAP – within the next month.
