• ABOUT THE ROLE
• We are looking for a Facilities Intern to support the daily operations of our office and help maintain an organized and functional work environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, learning how office operations run on a daily basis.
• WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Support internal service requests related to infrastructure, small repairs, workstation setups, and general assistance;
• Help manage vendors and service providers (requesting quotes, tracking deliveries, and updating records);
• Assist in organizing business trips and internal events;
• Help control office supplies, including pantry and cleaning materials;
• Perform routine administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, organizing documents, and assisting with invoices and system entries.
• WHO YOU ARE
• You are currently pursuing a technical course or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field;
• You are organized, responsible, and like to keep things running smoothly;
• You are proactive and enjoy helping others;
• You communicate clearly and feel comfortable interacting with different teams;
• You are learning to use Excel/Sheets and are interested in improving your administrative skills;
• You are able to communicate in intermediate-advanced English;
