  • About the Role
  • As an Actuarial Analyst supporting the Agency Blueprint program, you will play a key role in transforming complex data into strategic insights. This role focuses on aggregating and harmonizing data from multiple sources, applying advanced analytics, and delivering impactful recommendations that guide business decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize program outcomes and support enterprise-wide initiatives through data-driven strategies.
  • What You'll Do
  • Aggregate and harmonize data from operational systems, dashboards, and stakeholder inputs.
  • Apply statistical methods, predictive modeling, and business intelligence tools to assess performance and uncover trends.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders and program stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning and optimize program outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of automated data pipelines and analytical workflows to improve efficiency and accelerate insights.
  • Prepare actuarial analyses of rates and rating plans, including formal recommendations and regulatory filings.
  • Perform calculations for IBNR loss reserves and support special actuarial projects as assigned.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Actuarial Assistant.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (with at least a minor in Mathematics).
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, quantitative reasoning, and data storytelling.
  • Proficiency in statistical and mathematical modeling.
  • Experience with data cleaning, validation, and workflow optimization.
