  • About the Role
  • As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will act as a strategic consultant to mid and upper-level leaders, supporting the execution of the company’s people strategy in alignment with business needs. This client-facing role is key to driving initiatives across talent management, employee experience, performance culture, organizational design, and change management. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure HR practices are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
  • What You'll Do
  • Advise leaders on complex and sensitive HR and employment matters.
  • Lead efforts to enhance employee experience and retention through feedback and action plans.
  • Support enterprise-wide initiatives by aligning policies and managing change communications.
  • Facilitate talent discussions, succession planning, and diversity goals.
  • Build onboarding plans for new leaders and support their integration.
  • Identify workforce gaps and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Consult on organizational design to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Promote a performance-driven culture through education and data-driven insights.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support HR initiatives and mitigate risks.
  • 4–6 years of experience in HR partnerships and consulting.
  • Proven experience in IT area
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to diagnose issues and align HR initiatives with business strategy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all leadership levels.
  • Experience in change leadership and project execution.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and use of insights to inform HR decisions.
  • Knowledge of employment law (US), policy alignment, and risk mitigation
  • Expertise in talent management, performance management, organizational design, and diversity & inclusion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management preferred.
  • Fluent English proficiency required.
