We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager based in: Brazil: Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte Mexico: Mexico City, Monterrey Chile: Santiago, Antofagasta Peru: Lima, Arequipa Colombia: Bogota Argentina: Buenos Aires to lead our local machinery parts & components and spare parts sales efforts. The ideal candidate will manage on-site customer relationships, generate new leads, and support sales growth across the region. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular in-person customer visits across Kazakhstan • Identify and develop relationships with potential buyers and partners • Present products, prepare offers, and follow up on deals • Support tender processes and key account management • Report field insights and customer needs to HQ Requirements: • Located in or willing to relocate to Astana • Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or parts • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Fluent in Russian, Kazakh and English • Driver’s license and flexibility to travel within Kazakhstan Conditions: • Part-time position with performance-based incentives • Local contract with opportunity for regional growth
