Como Técnico(a) de Serviços de Campo, você será responsável por garantir que nossos equipamentos estejam instalados, configurados e funcionando perfeitamente para atender às necessidades dos clientes. Suas principais atividades incluem: Instalar, realizar start-up e comissionar equipamentos ISC, tanto em sistemas iNet quanto autônomos. Configurar software, executar testes operacionais e realizar pequenos reparos. Treinar operadores para o uso correto dos equipamentos. Diagnosticar e solucionar problemas técnicos em campo. Manter controle de inventário dos instrumentos na sua área de atuação. Trabalhar em espaços confinados quando necessário, seguindo normas de segurança. Documentar ocorrências e acompanhar até a resolução. Colaborar com equipes internas para aprimorar produtos e serviços. Atuar como referência técnica para clientes e equipe comercial. Sugerir melhorias e compartilhar feedback dos clientes com o time de desenvolvimento. O que você traz? Requisitos obrigatórios: Experiência em serviços de campo, instrumentação ou suporte técnico. Conhecimentos em redes, endereçamento IP, MS Office e softwares técnicos. Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma, com foco no cliente. Boa comunicação e habilidades de relacionamento. Disponibilidade para viagens e atuação em diferentes ambientes. Diferenciais: Experiência com sistemas de monitoramento ou segurança industrial.
