You will be at the forefront, helping our customers achieve flawless results with our innovative instruments! Main Responsibilities: Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, qualification, and validation of Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, Atomic Absorption, ICP-OES, and ICP-MS systems. Collaborate with other Service team members and Sales to deliver a client-focused experience. Apply customer management software for tracking service calls, managing parts inventories, and completing job tasks. Evaluate reports and documentation submitted by customers, and examine defective products to ascertain the extent and type of the issue. Evaluate review and examination results to identify the origin of the issue, and suggest maintenance, substitution, or alternative corrective measures. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Sciences, or a relevant field. Having a Master's degree or Post-Graduation in Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields will be viewed favorably. Practical experience as a Service Engineer is required, especially working with analytical instrumentation or 3+ years of relevant experience in the chromatography systems sector. Effective communication and establishing good relationships with customers are essential. Ability to prioritize service requests and produce clear and concise documentation. Must be available to travel up to 80% of the time within the Brazilian territory or other areas as needed. Languages: Advanced English. Proficiency in Spanish is beneficial.
