Descrição sumária do cargo Atender clientes através de visitas, telefone e e-mail. Realizar tarefas como instalações, treinamentos e manutenção. Fazer testes de laboratório ou no cliente. Dar suporte técnico aos clientes, vendedores, representantes e técnicos residentes. Treinar tecnicamente novos colaboradores. Viajar para todo território nacional para realizar tarefas técnicas. Principais atribuições Acompanhar e/ou executar: - Visitas Técnicas. - Suporte técnico para departamento comercial. - Treinamentos. - Testes em clientes ou no laboratório. - Análise de eficiência. Acompanhar no desenvolvimento de: - Projetos O&M/ End User. - Tradução de apresentações e manual técnico Escolaridade e Experiência Técnico Eletrônico / Técnico Mecatrônico / Técnico em Automação industrial Experiência mínima de um (01) ano em atendimento técnico em campo, instalação, comissionamento e treinamento de linhas industriais de alto nível. Competências e Habilidades Proficiência na leitura de comandos elétricos - Interpretação de desenhos elétricos/mecânicos - Conhecimentos básicos de sistema CLP - Habilidade em informática – pacote office - Proativo, facilidade para trabalhar em equipe, ser ágil, atencioso, comprometido e ter boas habilidades de comunicação. - Inglês básico Ambiente de trabalho Escritórios comerciais, áreas de produção e manutenção.
