Main Purpose of the Role
- Directly execution of all A.R. process with specific care about collection for all revenues (global, local, agency and principal) in accord to the instructions that are received from the AR.
- Coordinator and S.A Finance Manager, been in contact with all Agencies and acting.
- as part/member of the “AR Center” located in Sao Paulo.
- Prepare and execute all A.R. reports for the AR Coordinator and the S.A. Finance Manager (outstanding reports, F2BC reports, Extra Juridical Notification, KPI monitoring, etc. ….).
- Daily monitoring on bank’s activity (BRL accounts) with focus on collected amount and customer open balance aiming on time reconciliation.
- Follow up and monitor daily the Official ROE
- Monitor and directly promote/support the Finance Manager during the credit line approval process.
