In an environment in which we are co-creating.  The Finance Director Brazil sets the direction on the Financials of the business (P&L, working capital, resource allocation, expenses, capital expenditures, tax legislation and compliance). Establish and implement the financial planning and reporting objectives, permanent guidance and support to the General Manager and local Directors to implement business strategy and define management policies. Key Responsibilities: Based on the objectives and strategy defined by LATAM/globally, establish and implement the local objectives related to the analysis and financial planning, which will guide the operational and strategic plans, as well as estimates of results, working capital and investments. Act as a key business leader, co-owning performance delivery and strategic decision-making alongside the General Manager and functional heads, ensuring financial insights are embedded into all major business decisions. Clear understanding of the business/consumers and competitors behaviors to drive business decisions. Review monthly reports, actuals, budgets, plans and forecasts and provide commentary on key variances/business drivers and any actions required. Permanent guidance and support to the General Manager and local Directors, regarding business issues and opportunities, focusing on customer’s needs, both internal and external. Define management policies for local financial resources, coordinating their implementation together with Group Treasury, evaluating and recommending "Funding" alternatives, in order to speed up and support decision making. Responsible for the internal cash flow management. Define financial investments and resources to be adopted, evaluating cost / benefits impacts, in order to align the economic and financial performances. Ensure the achievement of the planned results ("Budget"), with the adoption of preventive measures and corrective actions, aiming to avoid deviation of the goals and objectives established by LATAM/Global. Responsible for liaising with Finance Operation teams/ CC Costa Rica in negotiations with financial institutions, banks and tax team, as well as with the internal and external auditors. Why you? Your Qualifications: Graduation in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Business Administration. Post-Graduation / MBA is desirable Fluency in English, Spanish desirable Experience in FMCG industry Proficient financial knowledge of modelling, analysis, evaluation, and forecasting. Ability to make strategic or tactical decisions, resolve issues and work in an unstable finance environment. Strong knowledge of Brazilian Tax environment. Strong interpersonal relationship skills. Planning & Forecasting / Finance Business Partner experience. Leadership, accountability and team work. Business oriented and customer approach. Ability to Communicate effectively within a number of levels in the business unit/global teams. Experience working in cross-functional teams and across a matrixed environment. Strategic mindset and thinking.
