Role summary

  • As Finance Manager, you are the financial steward and strategic business partner for our Brazilian operations. You own the full financial agenda: steering, planning, forecasting, and business performance management. You serve as a critical advisor to the Country Manager and the Brazilian leadership team. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our Doctoralia Brazil business journey, blending hands-on financial excellence with strategic influence. You would drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure data-driven decision-making at every level. You’ll be part of the Doctoralia Brazil Management Team, reporting directly to Juliana López (CEO Brazil) with a dotted line to Gervasio Gari (Global VP Finance).
  • Qualifications

Must-have

  • 5 or more years of relevant Finance experience, with at least 3 years in an FP&A or commercial finance role
  • Proven FP&A expertise, leading the budgeting process and creating models to support it
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Deep Excel modelling experience and ideally some exposure to BI and EPM tools
  • Well-rounded profile, comfortable with reporting, controlling, accounting, tax, and labor topics
  • Native Portuguese and advanced English
  • Nice to have
  • Experience in a start-up or tech environment at a SaaS company
  • Experience in Transaction Services, Valuations, or Audit at a Big Four firm
  • Soft skills
  • Start-up mindset. You are dynamic, willing to multitask, and ready to get into the details
  • Proactive approach. You will receive guidance, but this is a senior role and does not need constant direction
  • Structured and organized. Able to create clear plans and presentations
  • Hard-working, ambitious, and focused on deadlines and results
