  • Responsible for driving financial performance and strategic support for local operations, including margin analysis, pricing, planning, forecasting, and expense control. Provide financial and business support for daily operations. Perform margin analysis and implement pricing and mix actions. Develop and support local market strategies. Assist sales teams with reports and ad hoc requests. Lead planning, forecasting, and local P&L management. Coordinate multiple Centers of Excellence and local projects. Ensures compliance and the operation's adherence to financial policies. Ensure legal entity compliance with tax, regulatory, and central bank reporting. Oversee general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, credit, and collections. Prepare timely monthly reports and strategic plans for corporate requirements. Implement processes for cost standards, variance analysis, and communication. Conduct price reviews, detect improvement opportunities, and support asset purchase approvals. Supervise credit approval and enforce authority limits. Maintain inventory accuracy and reconciliation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with global directives. Mandatory: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred. Minimum of 7 years Finance function experience in a large company required. Minimum of 5 years Finance function experience in a combined manufacturing/commercial environment with demonstrated ability to drive cost reduction projects and improve plant productivity. Fluency in English at an advanced level, subject to evaluation during the interview process. Solid working knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Working knowledge of pronouncements of external regulatory bodies: Financial Accounting Standards Board, SEC, IRS, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc. Demonstrated strong skills on following competencies: Analytical Skills, Action Oriented, Business Acumen, Customer Focus, Developing Direct Reports and Others, Functional/Technical Skills, Integrity and Trust, Priority Setting, Problem-Solving, Process, Management, Drive for Results, Managerial Courage, Interpersonal Skills.
