We are looking for an experienced consultant/freelancer with a background in business strategy and financial modeling for SaaS/retail startups. Project Scope: Market Analysis: TAM / SAM / SOM with clear assumptions. Financial Model (3–5 years): revenue projections, costs, operating expenses, and profitability. Monetization Strategy: B2C and B2B revenue streams (including transaction fees, promotions, data insights, etc.). Investment Estimation: approximate startup capital required to launch the MVP, initial marketing, and basic operations. Executive Summary / Investor Deck: concise presentation for potential investors. Requirements: Proven experience in financial modeling for startups (please attach samples if available). SaaS and/or retail background preferred. Ability to deliver within 2–3 weeks. English deliverable preferred (Spanish acceptable).
