- Responsibilities
- Work as part of Europe AP and AR team
- Produce, issue and post sales invoices in line with group policy
- Process, code and seek approval for AP invoices
- Post, match and reconcile all payments and receipts
- Assisting with overdue follow up, and maintaining accurate AR records.
- Process expense reports
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed to support the development of the business e.g., operational improvements, system changes and supplier relationships.
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Requirements
- Must Have
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, primarily focusing on AP and AR
- Proven experience working with either Spanish, French or Portuguese teams.
- English proficiency and dexterity in utilizing financial terminology whenever appropriate.
- Experience or familiarity using MS Suite (good handle of Excel or Google Spreadsheets is required)
- Finely tuned communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders: external and internal stakeholders, as well as clients and leadership members in the EMEA region.
- Self-starter and growth mentality are critical on this role: we need someone ready to hit the ground running, a solution-driven individual who isn't fazed by menial admin tasks, as well as large-scale cross-functional challenges.
- Interest and ambition to harness Financial Ops expertise in the Enterprise Consulting sector.
- Good to have
- Familiarity using Dynamics and/or Salesforce
- Ability to speak other languages is a bonus (e.g. Portuguese, French, Spanish or German)
- Previous experience in the consulting and/or Professional Service industry is desirable
- A good grasp or exposure to Automation, Intelligent Automation and Agentic AI solutions is a bonus
