The Project: I'm building a portfolio piece for my agency—a fine dining restaurant website. Single-page, 8 sections, dark aesthetic. This is about proving what's possible when concept, design, and execution align perfectly. What This Needs: A designer who understands the visual language of high-end work. Someone who can look at sophisticated design and instinctively know why it works—the typography choices, the use of shadow and depth, the spacing that creates atmosphere. The style balances refined elegance with creative moments that surprise. Classic foundation, bold touches. Polished but not safe. Who I'm Looking For: Someone who's genuinely obsessed with their craft. Not just good at what you do, but driven to create work that makes you think "this is the best thing I've made so far"—every single time. You should be the type who revisits a design at midnight because something felt slightly off. Who tweaks details no one will consciously notice but everyone will feel. Who wants your work to stand out not because it's trendy, but because it's right. I need a collaborator who brings ideas, challenges concepts when something could be better, and has the same fire to deliver something genuinely impressive. About My Agency: We're obsessed with what we do. Every project is a chance to get better, push further, and prove we belong at the top of this field. We don't chase perfection for ego—we chase it because anything less feels like wasted potential. If that sounds exhausting, this isn't the right fit. If it sounds exciting, we should talk. The Working Style: True collaboration. I bring creative direction, concept, and structure. You bring visual expertise and perspective. We push each other to make it better. No one's "just executing"—we're building this together. Final deliverable is a Figma file. My dev team implements it. What Happens Next: If this resonates with how you work, let's connect. Share your portfolio and let's talk about what we could create together. I'm not looking necessarily for the most experienced. I'm looking for someone with the same drive to create work that actually matters. Best, Danilo Nóbrega
