  • You’ll co-work directly with leadership to design, automate, and manage operational workflows, software assets, and strategic initiatives that keep the company running at full velocity.

  • 🧠 Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, travel, and communication — protecting time like a strategic asset.
  • Co-develop and optimize workflow automations across ClickUp, SuiteDash, GoHighLevel, and Zapier.
  • Build and maintain internal software tools, dashboards, and digital assets that accelerate company operations.
  • Turn CEO voice notes or Loom recordings into actionable SOPs, workflows, and automations.
  • Oversee project execution cycles — tracking sprints, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  • Prepare strategic briefs, presentations, and meeting summaries with clear next steps.
  • Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and HR processes using automated pipelines.
  • Support cross-department alignment through system audits, automation mapping, and data organization.
  • Serve as the bridge between leadership, operations, and technology — ensuring speed, clarity, and precision.
  • 💎 Required Skills
  • Systems thinker – you understand process, automation, and organizational flow.
  • Tech fluent – experienced with ClickUp, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Zapier, GoHighLevel, SuiteDash (or similar tools).
  • Strategic mindset – can interpret vision and architect it into structure.
  • Excellent communicator – written, verbal, and presentation clarity.
  • Extreme proactivity – anticipates needs and moves before being asked.
