What you will do The FP&A FINANCE Supervisor plays a critical role in monthly business performance reviews with senior leadership, connecting different financial and commercial KPIs to provide strategic data insights and risk management scenarios, influencing long and short term results. This person will be deeply involved in the financial planning cycles from discussing calendar deadlines with global teams to leading budgeting & free cash flow forecast construction. The Role will have significant exposure to Finance Leadership Team and great connection with Commercial Leadership team members. Strong signs of the Leadership Imperatives are required: Owner Mindset, Outside-in-focus and Daring Spirit. Innovative, organized and logical thinking are necessary to handle daily activities. Key responsibilities include: Support the Financial Forecast Cycles: calendar and process structuring, stakeholder alignments, number construction (from P&L and Free Cash Flow perspectives). Partnering with business leaders to analyze business results and present drive to action recommendations to accelerate growth based on financial data (capital allocation, ROI, etc.) Structure end to end analysis to influence strategy decisions focused on delivering financial targets Ensure local alignment with regional team during closing & forecast processes. Coordinate team in daily activities by supporting activities prioritization and team development. What we are looking for Ability to work in a busy and matrixed organizational environment. Strong sense of organization, prioritization, proactivity and curiosity. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with business partners across the organization from different levels and influence decision making. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills driven to action/results as well as critical thinking. Good storytelling ability, being capable of delivering clear and insightful narrative.
