• This brand captures “bigger than beauty” moments, raw, emotional, human stories. From candid event photography with giving partners to high-precision product imagery, the goal is always the same: preserve authenticity while elevating the emotional impact.

• Key Responsibilities
• Skin Retouching (Non-Destructive)
• Perform high-end skin retouching using Frequency Separation and Dodge & Burn
• Maintain natural texture while removing distractions
• Preserve authenticity across diverse skin tones
• Color Accuracy & Consistency
• Ensure product shades are 100% color-accurate
• Match colors across different lighting environments
• Maintain consistency across campaigns and assets
• Emotional Storytelling
• Retouch candid event photography (e.g. workshops with giving partners)
• Enhance lighting, contrast, and focus to highlight emotional impact
• Elevate images without losing their documentary feel
• File Management & Organization
• Maintain clean, well-labeled, non-destructive Photoshop files
• Organize layer stacks for future campaign or anniversary updates
• Ensure long-term usability of all assets
• Must-Have
• 3+ years of professional photo retouching experience
• Advanced mastery of Adobe Photoshop

Expert knowledge of

• Frequency Separation
• Dodge & Burn
• Color matching and color profilesStrong eye for natural skin tones and realistic textures
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Nice-to-Have
• Experience retouching beauty, lifestyle, or purpose-driven brand imagery
• Experience working with event or documentary-style photography
• Understanding of eCommerce product imagery workflows
