• We now generate 95% of the entire product — code, documentation, infrastructure as code, and even design — with GitHub Copilot.

• Your Role
• As a Senior Front-End Developer at PALO IT, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and scalable user interfaces with React.js and TypeScript. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve web solutions that make a real impact — on people, on society, and on the planet.
• Key Responsibilities
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers using Figma to turn concepts into interactive experiences.
• Translate product requirements and design mockups into pixel-perfect, functional interfaces.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code adhering to best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Optimize front-end applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Lead by example in Agile ceremonies, collaborating with Product Owners, Designers, and Backend Engineers.
• Explore and integrate AI-augmented tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) in daily workflows to increase productivity.
• Who You Are
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building web applications using React.js.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, including types, generics, and modular design patterns.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, component-based design, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Figma and basic design interpretation and implementation.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with remote teams.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in Git, code versioning practices, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot) is a nice-to-have.
• Bonus: Experience with server-side rendering frameworks (Next.js), testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress), or accessibility standards (WCAG).
