- We are looking for a talented Front-End Engineer to craft responsive, high-performance web applications that deliver an exceptional user experience. In this role, you will translate design concepts into clean, maintainable code while collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams. Your contributions will directly influence the quality and usability of web platforms, ensuring customers have seamless, visually appealing interactions. This is a remote-first role, offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects across diverse markets while growing your technical expertise and shaping the front-end architecture.
Accountabilities
As a Front-End Engineer, you will
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Backend Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and QA to build high-quality web applications.
- Participate in the full product lifecycle from discovery and planning to deployment, offering insights at each stage.
- Translate design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and libraries.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and scalable components, ensuring high performance across platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end bugs promptly to maintain seamless user experiences.
- Continuously improve front-end processes, practices, and tools to enhance development efficiency.
- Ensure applications meet accessibility, responsiveness, and performance standards.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders about project progress, challenges, and solutions.
The ideal candidate will have
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, focusing on front-end development.
- Expertise in TypeScript and React.js (both Class & Functional Components, React Hooks).
- Strong knowledge of state management tools and front-end architecture best practices.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and server-side integration using Node.js or similar technologies.
- Experience creating visually appealing, pixel-perfect applications.
- Comfort working in a remote-first, distributed team environment.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members.
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach, with strong problem-solving and business-focused thinking.
