• Accountabilities
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements and designs into intuitive user interfaces.
• Ensure code quality, performance, accessibility, and scalability across web applications.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to front-end best practices and standards.
• Continuously improve user experience through iteration, testing, and feedback.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end components in a production environment.
• Contribute to a collaborative, asynchronous engineering culture focused on ownership and impact.
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Front End Engineer, building and maintaining complex web applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with deep experience in modern frameworks such as React or similar.
• Solid understanding of front-end architecture, performance optimization, and responsive design principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a product-driven environment.
• Familiarity with APIs, version control systems, and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous setup.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
