We are looking for a talented Front-End Web Designer to join our team for ongoing projects. This is a long-term role for someone who loves clean, modern design and can turn ideas into polished, responsive web experiences. We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency working across multiple industries. Our sites must be visually strong, mobile-first, conversion-focused, and built with quality and consistency. What You’ll Do -Design clean, modern, conversion-focused layouts (mostly in Figma) -Build responsive pages in WordPress using Elementor (or similar builders) -Improve spacing, typography, color harmony, and UX flow -Create landing pages, homepage redesigns, internal page templates, and site refreshes -Follow existing brand guidelines when provided -Collaborate via Slack, Trello, or similar tools -Communicate clearly and meet deadlines Required Skills -Strong experience in Figma or another modern UI design tool -Strong experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor preferred) -Excellent understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and UX principles -Ability to create responsive designs that look exceptional on mobile -Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (enough to adjust styling when needed) -Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks Nice-to-Have Skills -Experience with ACF templates -Understanding of Core Web Vitals -Ability to build high-converting landing pages -Experience with simple animations/interactions To Apply (Required) Please submit your proposal AND complete our application form. 👉 We will send you the link after reviewing your initial message.
