  • This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver intuitive, high-performance interfaces for complex B2B SaaS workflows. You will work on core operational products that help financial and operational teams manage high-volume reconciliation tasks efficiently. Partnering closely with Product, UX, Backend, QA, and Delivery teams, you will ship dashboards, record search tools, task management systems, and AI-assisted features that enhance user productivity. Your work will directly impact the experience of enterprise users across LATAM and beyond, setting standards for performance, scalability, and usability. This role values ownership, creativity, and the ability to make thoughtful trade-offs that improve both speed and quality.

Accountabilities

  • Translate product requirements into fast, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces using React and TypeScript.
  • Build and evolve dashboards, record search, task management, and reconciliation views for operational users.
  • Optimize critical user flows, monitor performance, and iterate improvements based on metrics and telemetry.
  • Collaborate with UX on information architecture and design, and with Backend on API design and efficiency.
  • Maintain robust state management using tools such as Redux or Zustand, ensuring predictable data flows.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Design System, including components, tokens, and accessibility standards.
  • Promote frontend best practices through code reviews, testing, documentation, and mentoring teammates.
  • Explore and implement practical applications of AI in the UI to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer or Software Engineer with a strong frontend focus.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Proficient in consuming REST and GraphQL APIs and managing application state with Redux or Zustand.
  • Experience building complex SaaS features used daily by business users.
  • Strong understanding of frontend performance, observability, testing, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams with Product, UX, Backend, and QA.
  • Startup adaptability with a proactive ownership mindset and ability to navigate shifting priorities.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish; English reading and writing skills required for documentation and code reviews.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
