Job Title: Remote Full-Stack Developer (React JS + Laravel/PHP + MySQL | AWS) | Social Blaze Location: Fully Remote (India/Brazil) Compensation: $1,500/month Experience Required: 5–7 years About Social Blaze: Social Blaze is a modern social media management platform built with a powerful tech stack that ensures speed, scalability, and seamless user experiences. Our platform uses React JS for a dynamic frontend, Laravel/PHP for secure backend logic, and MySQL for reliable data storage. We are looking for a skilled full-stack developer to maintain platform stability, code new features, perform QA, and make UI adjustments as needed. This is a fully remote role, and daily progress must be shared via Basecamp, including short video updates. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the stability and performance of the platform across frontend, backend, and database layers. Develop and deploy new features continuously, following best coding practices. Write clean, validated, and maintainable code with thorough documentation. Perform QA and validation on all code pushed to production. Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, scaling, backups, and security). Make UI changes and improvements to enhance user experience. Provide daily updates via Basecamp, including short video summaries of work completed. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted platform operations. Required Skills: 5–7 years of experience in full-stack development with React JS, Laravel/PHP, and MySQL. Experience managing and optimizing AWS infrastructure. Ability to maintain platform stability while implementing new features. Strong QA and code validation experience. Proficient in REST APIs, authentication, security best practices, and version control (Git). Strong problem-solving, communication, and accountability skills. Preferred / Nice-to-Have: SaaS platform or social media management experience. Familiarity with serverless architecture or containerization (Docker).
