SONHEI is an early-stage startup already live on the Apple App Store, helping people break out of autopilot and turn their dreams into structured, achievable plans using technology and AI. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to take ownership of the product from this point forward — maintaining, improving, and evolving the application as the company grows. This role is about continuity, quality, and product evolution, not building an MVP from scratch. ⸻ 🎯 What you will be responsible for 1️⃣ Product Continuity & Stability • Understand the existing codebase and product architecture • Maintain and improve app stability, performance, and reliability • Fix bugs and technical issues as they arise • Ensure smooth operation of the app already in production ⸻ 2️⃣ Product Evolution • Implement new features and improvements based on user feedback • Evolve existing flows (onboarding, dream creation, plan visualization) • Improve UX in collaboration with the founder and product vision • Refactor when necessary, without overengineering ⸻ 3️⃣ AI & Backend Improvements • Maintain and improve AI integrations • Optimize prompts, responses, and system logic • Improve backend structure, data handling, and APIs • Ensure scalability and security as usage grows ⸻ 4️⃣ Ownership & Technical Leadership • Take technical ownership of the product • Make pragmatic technical decisions • Propose improvements and architectural adjustments • Help define best practices and future technical roadmap ⸻ 🧠 Profile we’re looking for • Strong Full Stack development experience • Comfortable taking over and improving an existing product • Ability to read, understand, and evolve someone else’s code • Product-oriented mindset (focus on user and outcomes) • Experience with production apps (especially mobile or SaaS) • Comfortable working in early-stage, fast-evolving startups
