We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to design and build from scratch an innovative Question Bank Management (QMS) SaaS for educational institutions. The professional will be responsible for developing a robust and scalable platform that will allow educators to create, categorize, and manage a vast repository of questions, with key features such as automated exam generation and AI-assisted question selection. The ideal candidate should have proven proficiency in the defined technology stack: React.js for the dynamic and interactive front-end, Python with Flask for building an agile and efficient back-end, and PostgreSQL as the relational database. For intelligent features, the project will integrate external AI APIs (such as OpenAI/GPT or similar) for question categorization and difficulty analysis. The final deliverable of the entire application infrastructure will be containerized with Docker Compose, ensuring portability and ease of deployment in any cloud environment.
