- Position Overview: The Full-Stack Marketer will play a key role in executing integrated 360° marketing strategies for our iGaming licensed project in Brazil. Based onsite in São Paulo, this role requires a dynamic and well-rounded marketing professional with strong leadership, and executional skills.
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer — someone who understands the full marketing ecosystem, from audience analysis and media planning to offline activations, partnerships, and ROI evaluation. This person will help organize and lead the marketing path, build local relationships with key providers and partners, and ensure that every initiative drives measurable impact.
- We’re looking for a strategic yet practical professional — someone who’s not only creative but analytical, personable, and highly adaptable to Brazil’s fast-evolving marketing and entertainment landscape.
- Key Responsibilities
- 360° Campaign Planning
- Execute integrated marketing strategies covering online and offline channels, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and regulatory requirements in the iGaming industry.
- Design and implement local marketing programs, including events, promotions, sponsorships, and partnerships with restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues.
- Identify and evaluate the best local channels (digital, offline, and hybrid) to reach target audiences effectively.
- Manage the full marketing funnel — from awareness and acquisition to retention and loyalty.
- Guide cross-functional teams on campaign priorities, creative direction, and execution timelines.
- Offline Marketing & Local Store Marketing (LSM)
- Plan and manage offline marketing initiatives, leveraging local stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues for brand exposure and engagement.
- Build relationships with local partners and vendors to maximize offline reach and brand authenticity.
- Partnerships & Media Collaboration
- Identify and collaborate with local media providers, agencies, and communication platforms (e.g., SMS, radio, outdoor, local publishers).
- Negotiate, manage, and evaluate partnerships to ensure optimal ROI and alignment with brand goals.
- Act as a local representative and liaison between the company and external marketing providers, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
- Audience Analysis & Market Insights
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and consumer behavior analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Develop surveys and focus groups to test different triggers, approaches, and messages.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies to improve targeting, communication, and engagement.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Define clear KPIs and track performance across all channels — offline and online.
- Analyze data to calculate campaign ROI and effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports summarizing key learnings, opportunities, and next steps.
- Execution & Operational Excellence
- Operate as a hands-on marketer, actively managing daily marketing operations and execution.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Maintain a clear and organized marketing roadmap, guiding the project from planning to performance assessment.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Professional Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing management, ideally in iGaming, entertainment.
- Proven experience managing integrated campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian marketing landscape, including media providers, local advertising channels, and audience behavior.
- Strong project management skills with a structured and analytical approach.
- Hands-on experience with local partnerships, event activations, and community engagement.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics, data analysis, and ROI calculation.
- Ability to plan, test, and iterate marketing approaches and triggers to identify the most effective tactics.
