We are a trusted name in the medical supply and pest control device industry, providing high-quality products and equipment to healthcare and pest control providers worldwide. As we expand into Central and South America, we are looking for a driven, bilingual Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team full-time through Upwork. This role will focus on identifying and developing new customers in Spanish-speaking markets. You will generate leads, build relationships, and help us establish a stronger presence in Latin America. What You Will Do: Research and identify potential clients, distributors, and partners across Central and South America. Generate and qualify leads through online research, LinkedIn, industry directories, and outbound calls. Make sales calls and conduct outreach in Spanish and English. Present products and solutions to potential customers and schedule follow-up calls/meetings with company leadership. Build and maintain a CRM pipeline of prospects, leads, and opportunities. Support new customer onboarding and assist with cross-border communication. What We Need From You: Native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent English communication skills. Proven experience in sales and lead generation, preferably with international companies. Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with prospects in both Spanish and English. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage leads independently. Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRMs, and online research. Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (EST). Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the pest control industry. Previous success expanding into Latin American markets.
