We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager / Content Curator to oversee the digital presence of up to 5 unique brands. This role combines strategy, content creation, and community management to drive engagement, grow audiences, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Key Responsibilities - Content Strategy & Planning - Develop monthly/weekly content calendars tailored to each brand. - Align content with overall brand goals, marketing campaigns, and seasonal trends. Content Creation & Curation - Source, design, and edit engaging photo, video, and written content. - Curate user-generated content, industry news, and trend-based material. - Ensure all content matches brand voice, style, and positioning. Social Media Management - Manage daily posting across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, Facebook, etc.). - Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. - Implement platform-specific best practices to optimize engagement. Brand Growth & Analytics - Track performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, reach, conversions). - Create weekly and monthly reports highlighting KPIs and actionable insights. - Test and apply growth tactics (hashtags, reels, collaborations, paid boosts). Collaboration & Campaigns - Work with internal teams (design, marketing, operations) to execute campaigns. - Coordinate with influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors. - Support cross-promotion between brands under management. Qualifications - Open to full in house work - 2+ years managing social media for multiple brands or accounts (agency or in-house). - Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends. - Graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.). - Excellent copywriting and communication skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content calendars at once. - Data-driven mindset; ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies. Preferred Skills - Experience in lifestyle, sports, or entertainment brands. - Familiarity with paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads). - Community management and Discord/Telegram group moderation.
