• Accountabilities
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, managers, and business stakeholders to design and deliver new features and platform improvements.
• Drive projects from initial concept through all phases: definition, development, debugging, release, and continuous iteration.
• Build enterprise-grade solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Work independently while receiving guidance from senior technical leaders.
• Engage in agile practices and continuously improve development processes and code quality.
• Maintain high standards of integrity and collaboration within a supportive and open team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role using open-source technologies.
• Strong expertise in Python (Flask or Django) and JavaScript (React).
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and ORMs such as SQLAlchemy.
• Knowledge of modern dev tools and platforms: Git, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, Vagrant, Fabric.
• Strong foundations in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and testable code.
• Experience with SaaS platforms; B2B financial services or asset management exposure is a plus.
• Comfort working in agile teams and with continuous integration tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
