Gerente Distrital Oncologia RJ, MG, BA ou CE Como Gerente Distrital, você será responsável por construir, desenvolver e reter talentos através da liderança da equipe de vendas. Sua missão será buscar excelência na performance pela geração de demanda e execução, sempre alinhada com a estratégia dos produtos e em total conformidade. Responsabilidades: - Liderar e desenvolver o time nas competências essenciais para o exercício pleno da função (Conhecimento Técnico, Promocional/LS, Visão Estratégica/Cross-Functional), através de coaching e feedbacks frequentes e consistentes. - Garantir excelência na execução e cumprimento dos indicadores de performance pela equipe. - Desenvolver alianças estratégicas eficazes com stakeholders externos e internos; (HCPs, instituições públicas/privadas, e demais colaboradores da AstraZeneca). - Gerenciar os recursos destinados à sua região de atuação, controlando e aprovando as despesas realizadas pelos Consultores, assegurando a assertividade na alocação dos recursos em conformidade com as políticas AZ. - Ser protagonista nas reuniões de negócios trazendo informações relevantes para refinamento da estratégia e propor planos de ação de maneira cross-functional. Com conhecimento profundo dos produtos, mercado e estratégia, para planejar e gerenciar a execução dos planos que envolvam geração de demanda. - Desafiar o status quo na busca por melhores práticas e soluções que possam alavancar o desempenho do Distrito. Experiência Essenciais: - Graduação completa; - Disponibilidade para viagens; - Inglês (diferencial); - Experiência com gestão de pessoas; - Experiência em oncologia (diferencial); - Residir em uma das localidades/sede divulgadas.
