Resumo da Posição Posição estratégica responsável pela gestão integral da área fiscal no Brasil, com foco em Impostos Diretos e Indiretos, assegurando conformidade tributária nos âmbitos Federal, Estadual e Municipal. Atuação decisiva na condução da empresa frente à Reforma Tributária, liderando a adaptação de processos, mitigando riscos fiscais e impulsionando eficiência tributária nas operações nacionais. ATIVIDADES Liderar a área fiscal, garantindo direcionamento técnico, visão estratégica e fortalecimento da cultura de compliance; Definir, implementar e sustentar políticas fiscais alinhadas às diretrizes corporativas e às constantes mudanças regulatórias; Coordenar projetos tributários estratégicos, assegurando governança, qualidade técnica e cumprimento de prazos legais; Supervisionar a apuração, cálculo e recolhimento de IRPJ e CSLL no regime de Lucro Real, incluindo adições, exclusões, incentivos fiscais, prejuízos fiscais e bases negativas; Gerir os tributos indiretos (ISS, PIS/COFINS e ICMS), com foco em créditos, não cumulatividade e interpretação da legislação aplicável; Liderar os preparativos e a implementação da Reforma Tributária (IBS e CBS), avaliando impactos, redesenhando processos e acompanhando regulamentações; Garantir o cumprimento das obrigações tributárias principais e acessórias, incluindo ECF, EFD-Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTF-Web, SPED ICMS/IPI, DIMOB, entre outras; Atuar como interlocutor técnico em fiscalizações, auditorias internas e externas e processos administrativos tributários; Identificar, avaliar e mitigar riscos fiscais relacionados às operações imobiliárias e de prestação de serviços; Monitorar alterações na legislação tributária, jurisprudência e orientações dos fiscos, elaborando análises de impacto para o negócio; Prestar suporte consultivo às áreas internas, apoiando análises contratuais, estruturação tributária de novos serviços e operações de property management. REQUITISOS ESSENCIAIS Graduação em Ciências Contábeis, com registro ativo no CRC; Atuação consistente em ambientes corporativos com alta complexidade tributária; Sólido domínio da legislação tributária brasileira, incluindo RIR/99, ICMS (Convênios CONFAZ), ISS (LC 116/03), PIS/COFINS (Leis 10.637/02 e 10.833/03); Conhecimento atualizado sobre a Reforma Tributária e seus impactos operacionais; Inglês avançado para conversação; Vivência com sistemas ERP E1 e Taxone. DIFERENCIAIS DESEJÁVEIS Conhecimento em tributação internacional, incluindo operações com não residentes, tratados para evitar dupla tributação e cálculo de impostos sobre remessas ao exterior será considerado um diferencial valioso para a posição; Pós-graduação, especialização ou MBA em Direito Tributário, Tributação ou áreas correlatas; Espanhol Avançado para conversação.
