Role Type Permanent What will you be doing here? -Liderança Estratégica: Direcionar os times de UX, Desenvolvimento, Arquitetura, Qualidade e Dados na construção de produtos de alta performance. -Modelagem Organizacional: Definir e evoluir as estruturas organizacionais, modelos de trabalho e processos de engenharia para atender as necessidades das CN's, CF's, atendimento e backoffice, sempre em aderência à estratégia do Grupo. -Decisão Técnica e Arquitetura: Atuar decisivamente nas escolhas técnicas, de stack e arquitetura. -Excelência em Engenharia: Desenhar e otimizar os processos de engenharia e desenvolvimento de software (DevOps, CI/CD). -Gestão de Ecossistema: Gerenciar fornecedores e contratos, e construir parcerias sólidas com times de Negócios, Infraestrutura e Segurança. -Gestão Financeira: Ser responsável pela gestão orçamentária das frentes de Payments e Data (~R$13MM/ano). -Desenvolvimento de Talentos: Orientar a construção das trilhas de carreira técnicas (Chapter Lead/Staff Engineer) e fomentar o desenvolvimento de software alinhado aos objetivos estratégicos do grupo. What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network? Experiência sólida em Liderança de Engenharia; Profundo conhecimento em Arquitetura de Software e Padrões de Design. Domínio em desenvolvimento Mobile (nativo e híbrido). Expertise em Metodologias Ágeis e Gestão de Projetos. Forte conhecimento em CI/CD e Estratégias de Qualidade de Software. Experiência em Infraestrutura Cloud e On Premises. Habilidade comprovada em Gestão de Orçamento, Fornecedores e Contratos. What will you find here?
