About the role: The VMO Manager will deliver the 3YP prioritized projects demonstrating capabilities from different business functions (Commercial, Finance, Data & Analytics and Marketing). This role will support the consolidation of the Value Management Office in alignment with Diageo Brazil strategic objectiveTheyshe will provide consistent visibility and oversight monitoring programs within the transformation projects through their lifecycle,leadingg risks, issues and critical dependencies and a team of highly skilled managers. As part of the scope, this role will also be involved in the design of the 3YP Strategic Project Roadmap in partnership with top executives of the company. The VMO will define and implement supporting capabilities required to lead and track activities to deliver the transformational initiatives, such as Commercial Completion, Commercial Expansion, Tax Reform, Data & Analytics Reshape, and RTn Latin America. Role Responsibilities: Accountabilities Build processes, tools and reports to define and coordinate a multidisciplinary portfolio of critical initiatives ensuring cadence and constant visibility of current and future initiatives Report to BR and LAC CEO, VPs and Directors of the company with a clear and confident communication. Coordinate and lead a strong team of managers focused on different projects. Identify alliances and overlaps among cross-functional areas and existing critical initiatives Structure the 3YP project prioritization and alignment with cross-functions. Deliver clear and cross-organizational communications to multiplicate the project management capabilities. Design and operate the processes that drive planning, coordination, communication, and execution of the governance committees and status reports. Act on roadblocks and remove them. Clear communication of project value to local and global customers. Lead resource and capacity management activities in line with financials and organisation capacity Monitor the VMO focused portfolio: drive visibility across the portfolio, providing consistent and accurate insights to portfolio performance and risks Provide project management methodologies and support to transformational projects through training and coach to project leaders This role may also directly lead and handle major transformation initiatives Critical Capabilities Strong experience in Consumer Products companies and Project Management in the context of implementation/ transformation/ change management projects across functions and teams Experienced in developing standards and guidelines of Portfolio and Project Management to achieve consistency of delivery and solving for challenges faced throughout design and execution Shown strategic judgement and analytical rigor, with the ability to translate strategy into action Ability to influence, inspire and impact across the organization including leadership team – creating outstanding collaboration and alignment Experience / skills required: in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar fields If not from consultancy firms (Mckinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY, PWC, Accenture or Grant Thornton) PMP certification is a must. is crucial. 8-year+ of related business experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, or in large scale Program/Project Management Experience in handling projects is mandatory Possess knowledge of various project management/continuous improvement methodologies (i.e.; PMI, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) with strong transformation knowledge and practices Improved customer management and influencing skills Ability to hold workshops and coaching sessions Excellent written, oral, presentation and communication & social skills.
