We are seeking a single freelancer to work with full time on a project basis initially, whom we can pay for helping setup client accounts on High Level CRM. We are transitioning 100+ customers to GHL and need a single freelancer who can work with us to learn our agency protocols, and take over this entire area of our agency. The freelancer will need to invest more time on this first project, in order to become familiar with funnel brix and the protocol of our company in general if that makes sense. This project requires copywriting, and it requires that you put in the effort to understand how to use Chat GPT and the custom GPT for each snapshot, which does all the work basically for you. While this project might not be the most lucrative project for you, it will open the doors to many more projects down the road. Funnel Brix Implementation Scope 1. Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Go High Level (GHL) expert to implement Funnel Brix, which includes pre-built funnel templates and automations, inside our GHL account and connect it to our WordPress website. The goal is to create a clean, functional lead generation system that includes funnel pages, automations, CRM setup, tracking, and SMS compliance. The project should end with a fully working system and clear documentation of everything completed. Key objectives: • Funnel build-out and automations • CRM and pipeline setup • WordPress form replacement with GHL forms • Analytics and tracking setup • A2P 10DLC registration • Organized project documentation 2. Deliverables Funnel Build-Out • Import Funnel Brix templates into GHL and fill out all custom values • Customize pages to match brand style (logo, colors, fonts, images) • Connect all funnel steps such as opt-in, confirmation, booking, thank-you, and upsell pages • Confirm that all buttons and CTAs go to the correct next step • Test for mobile responsiveness and fast loading WordPress Integration • Replace existing WordPress forms with custom GHL forms styled with CSS • Each form should send a professional autoresponder email that matches the brand look and feel • GHL pages should closely match the WordPress design Automations and Workflows Set up GHL workflows to handle customer engagement, lead follow-up, and reviews. The goal is to automate communication and simplify lead management. Automations to include: • Confirmation sequence with thank-you email and SMS • Short-term nurture sequence with 1 SMS and 5 emails over 7 days • No-show or cancellation reminders • Lead follow-up at 3, 5, 7, 15, and 30 days • Long-term re-engagement at 60 and 90 days • Quarterly seasonal emails for winter, spring, summer, and fall • Missed call text-back automation • Review request automation triggered once per year or when a lead stage changes • Calendar automation with appointment booking, reminder emails, and SMS one day and one hour before meetings All workflows should be editable inside GHL and include the proper opt-in and opt-out keywords such as HELP, STOP, or OUT. Provide a shared Google Doc with all workflow descriptions, message copy, and trigger explanations. CRM and Pipeline Setup • Create a simple pipeline to track leads from New Lead to Booked, Show, and Sale • Add appropriate tags and statuses for segmentation • Automate stage transitions when possible • Make sure lead activity is visible and easy to report on Tracking and Integrations • Set up tracking for Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook CAPI • Connect domain and calendar integrations • Add payment processor if needed SMS and Email Configuration • Complete A2P 10DLC registration for SMS compliance • Set up DNS records for email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) • Create one branded email template for future newsletters, with logo, social links, and unsubscribe link Client Handoff Prepare a simple client-facing email explaining what was set up, how to edit content, and where to find leads in the CRM. 3. Requirements • Strong experience with Go High Level automations and funnel builds • Familiarity with WordPress integration and analytics tracking • Ability to record short Loom videos showing how to edit funnels and workflows • All brand assets such as logos, copy, and images will be provided 4. Timeline Day 1: Funnel and WordPress integration Day 2: Automations and CRM setup Day 3: Tracking, testing, and revisions The goal is to complete the full project within three working days. 5. Success Criteria • Funnel pages are live, branded, and mobile-ready • WordPress forms have been replaced with GHL forms • All automations and SMS sequences function correctly • Tracking works for GTM, Google Analytics and FB/Google Ads • CRM pipeline accurately tracks lead progress • A2P registration is complete and compliant
