  • We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Define and evolve sales enablement processes for BEES Services across markets, ensuring alignment between local commercial teams, product, and global strategy;
  • Support pricing and packaging of BEES Services (Ads, Logistics, AI-powered solutions, etc.), creating frameworks, guardrails, and approval flows that balance value perception and profitability;
  • Act as a strategic partner to commercial teams, helping them structure service proposals, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and negotiation playbooks;
  • Lead the JBP (Joint Business Plan) process: map commitments, track performance, and proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth with strategic partners;
  • Design, implement, and coordinate a centralized Vendor/Seller Management tool — a 'Service Partner Hub' — to consolidate the commercial relationship lifecycle, including: Sales pipeline tracking, Billing and payment processes, Legal contract management, Technical documentation (integration & implementation), Partner communication and reporting;
  • Partner closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure pricing, governance, and service execution consistency across all markets;
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure accuracy, compliance, and standardization of partner agreements and payment terms.

What you'll need

  • Years of experience in commercial operations, marketplace management, or B2B services;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to turn strategy into execution;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Advanced English (mandatory); Spanish highly desirable;
  • Experience in e-commerce, AdTech, or SaaS is a strong plus.
